Boutique Tech Recruiting Website | ESG Consultants Inc
This project focused on creating a sharper, more trust-driven website for ESG Consultants Inc, a boutique recruiting firm serving New York City, New Jersey, and Connecticut. The site clearly positions the business around mid-to-senior Software Engineering, Data & AI, and Infrastructure / DevOps hiring, while giving both employers and candidates a more direct path to take action.
Client goal
Create a modern recruiting website that feels credible, direct, and easy to navigate, while clearly showing ESG’s 22 years of experience, boutique approach, and niche in technical hiring. The main goal was to help hiring companies understand the value quickly, help experienced candidates explore opportunities with confidence, and increase inquiries through clearer structure and stronger calls to action.
What I did
- Structured the website around two clear user journeys: one for companies looking to hire and one for candidates exploring their next move.
- Strengthened the brand positioning around boutique tech recruiting across NYC and the tri-state area, with clear focus on Software Engineering, Data & AI, and Infrastructure / DevOps roles.
- Used direct, no-fluff messaging to highlight honesty, selectivity, relationship-driven recruiting, and hands-on support throughout the hiring process.
- Built consistent page sections for specialties, process, credibility, and calls to action so the site feels easier to scan and more trustworthy across every key page.
- Improved lead-generation flow with repeated inquiry points, contact prompts, and dedicated pathways like Request Talent and Connect With Us.
